Establishment and Initial Expansion (1973-1991):
1973: ONHING Paper Industry was established in Hong Kong, becoming the first generation of business paper suppliers in Asia.
1983: The first branch was established in Singapore, actively expanding business in Southeast Asia.
1986: Established the China Paper Trade Department, entering the domestic paper trade market in China.
1990: Taiwan branch was established, vigorously expanding business in Taiwan.
1991: ONHING Paper Industry (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. was established, opening up business in South China.
Deepening and Developing the China Market (1991-2007):
1993: Shanghai ONHING Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was established, opening up business in East China.
1996: Zhenjiang ONHING Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was established, continuing to expand business in East China.
1997: ONHING Paper Industry (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. was established, opening up business in North China.
1999: Jointly established Shanghai Quanxing Paper Industry Co., Ltd., specializing in the production and operation of blueprint paper business.
2001: Established Lianxing Paper Packaging Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong.
2002: Shenzhen ONHING Industrial Park was officially completed, covering an area of 25,000 square meters.
2003: Jointly established Shanghai ONHING Huidong Paper Industry Co., Ltd. with Shanghai Huidong Paper Industry Group, continuing to expand business in the Yangtze River Delta.
2004: Strategically cooperated with Nantang Group to invest in the construction of Nanning Meiheng ONHING Paper Industry, owning its own upstream paper resources.
2005: The groupinvested Shanghai Shuangbai Industrial Park was completed, covering an area of more than 50,000 square meters.
2006: Guangzhou ONHING Paper Industry Co., Ltd. was established, continuing to expand business in South and Central China.
Integration and Strategic Development (2007-2009):
2007: Domestic subsidiaries implemented integration and restructuring, expanded shares to attract investment, and prepared for the listing of restructured enterprises.
2008: ONHING Paper Industry China Joint Venture was established.
2009: ONHING Paper Industry China Joint Venture implemented a shareholding system reform.
